Sweden’s smallest restaurant once again opened its tiny hatch to cheese lovers, this time with food personality Malin Persson (@hosmjaumjau) behind the stove. The pop-up concept served cheesy fusion dishes through a hole in the wall, inviting guests to experience creative vegetarian plates with the beloved Swedish cheese Präst® as the star ingredient.
The idea aimed to showcase Präst® in new and unexpected ways, moving beyond the classic sandwich while blending tradition and innovation in a playful culinary experience that turned a wall into a destination.
